Karolyn DuBois
Karolyn is a native Oregonian who spent 17 years in Florida before returning to the landscape and outdoor culture that she loves. Living in Bend, Oregon, she is now close to her children, grandchild and a way of life unmatched to any other place.
For years Karolyn has specialized in helping people; being able to listen and respond to her clients’ needs is the essence of her first class service. Karolyn excels at working with the individual needs of each of her clients; regardless of complexity, she will be with you all the way.
Karolyn’s expertise gives her clients the edge when it comes to securing the real estate they seek. By holding an ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, she is able to provide specialized information to successfully represent home buyers as well as investors. She is a S.T.A.R. (Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals) Certified Broker and trade ally of Energy Trust of Oregon, which means she can evaluate and/or educate buyers about energy-efficient features and improvements for a home. Karolyn is a member of the CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) Council, which provides training for Real Estate’s highest professional designation (less than 4 percent of all Realtors can say the same). That means that she has the knowledge and experience to secure a new property, while minimizing financial and legal risks.
Karolyn’s time away from work is spent volunteering for Meals on Wheels and teaching Water Aerobics. She is an active member of Chicks Connect which is an Oregon-based organization dedicated to supporting women in life and business. Proceeds from her business success support the Humane Society of Central Oregon and The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Outside of these activities, Karolyn fills all of her remaining time with family, friends and adorable grandson.
